THE BIRTHDAY PARTY

Under a bridge in Helsinki -


There is a steamboat.


And last Saturday on the lower deck...


...there was a party.

Our 30-year x 2 party!


And we are SO the party masters.
Kristina and I used to share a rather notorious flat with Mr.Drum n'Bass in the early 00's and threw a bunch of great theme parties back then. And we still know how to do it!
Can you guess what the theme was sort of about?

We had us an Andy Bellefleur there (would he once have been young and hot). And a whole bunch of other great people (didn't manage to snap any photos during the shows tough) :

THE NICER WAY TO THE BUS STOP

Yesterday was such great weather so on our way into town for a birthday dinner (not mine this time :) we decided to walk trough the park to another bus stop further away. I wanted to take my camera with me to go on a proper walk at the same time and take some photos but because that would have meant we should've left in proper time too (which of course is near to impossible) I had to leave the nature photography behind and satisfy with some quicker shots with the phone.

Today however it is so stormy the windows are shaking! And, I can tell you, it really sucks that I have to be at work in an hour. Which is, you know, outside, by the sea.

SUNDAY MORNING, BREAKFAST FOR TWO

Today will be thee Soft Sunday. It's the day after The Awesome Birthday Party, having a huge almost-afternoon-breakfast, soon out for a walk in the beautiful autumn weather and then in to town for an early dinner for my sister's boyfriend's birthday.
