I have a lemon pie* cooling on the balcony that will soon join me and Eddi as we're heading over to K and her hubby for a Eurovision-night. Now you all go on and vote for Paradise Oscar :)*) should even be slim depending on which school you believie in. Recipe found here (in Swedish) although I've modified it a little as I sort of always have to do; used less sugar but added some honey for the filling.
